GE diet enti bro.. ala undhi...... oka roju gaddi. oka roju motham milk.. okarina chesara.. mana DB lo ee GM diet?

Nenu chesanu bhayya nenu almost same situation like u was 200 lbs then started this GM diet.

 

one week chesa nenu very strict ga em avasaram ledhu but make sure u don't eat any junk and oily food. water baga ekkuva tagali bhayya. and one more important thing is GM diet chesaka don't increase your intake the main purpose of the GM diet is to reduce your appetite (eating quantity).

 

memu 3 frds kalisi chesam we 3 lost like 6-7 lbs in the week but ma frds week taravatha baga tinadam started anthe they almost gained more weight than expected.

 

So think and decide avvu bhayya.

1. Morning on workout days 1 scoop of whey as soon as I get up from bed

2. breakfast 5 egg whites and 1 full egg by 9 AM lopu…

Around 10:30 ki greentea extract 

3. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken around 11:00 AM

4. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of tilapia or balckbeans or kidney beans by 1:30 PM

5. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken by 4:30 PM

Before workout I take greentea extract
Workout time looo intraworkout shake (xtend) or Pre JYM
After workout 2 scoops of whey and 1 scoop of mono creatin

6. 100 grams of broccoli and 100 grams of asparagus

7. One scoop of casein.

This remains same every day for me except cardio days la I don’t take supplements.

enii packs levuu mama.... have one big fat belly layer its almost taking me for ever to cut down..... my metabolism :3D_Smiles_38:  $s@d  is very very low...but gyming since past 2011 regularly..... 2010 laa almost flat pack playing sqash and raquet ball but now potta again came back....

veg chalaa options untieee as said above take b12 suppliments and multivitamin if your working out hard because ur braking ur muscle tissues kada u need to rebuild it. sweetpotato green leaves broccoli asparagus lentils beans tofu... green tea extracts are 98% more powerful than tea bags  fat burning ki aid .... remaining 3 are kust like whey but its before workout and before bed....

nadii workout bagaa heavy ga ney untadi.... I dont know why I am unable to get that belly fat down... checked my thyroid been to nutritionist every thing is normal....ya anuvu cross fit p90x etc ee programlu baga untieee fun and active ga uncutaieee better than regular gyming...
