sanjaysahu Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 Guys... please don't recommend avoiding any Warrants Issued.. This could be a bigger problem in future... For now even you skip them .. once they get longer they will send bounty hunters to catch you and also if you get stopped for any thing in your state and if they run a record against all warrants issued they will arrest you then and there and skipping warrant is a bigger felony ...one more thing is even if he tries to go and come bak to usa or apply for green card you can be in trouble ... or once you get married and comes back and if your with ur family and it so happens a cop pulls you over and arrests that could be worse.. so the only thing I could recommend is let them know that you are willing to do COMMUNITY SERVICE to avoid Jail time ... any thing to avoid Jail time .. and ask them to see if the record could be sealed or expunged .. so it wont effect in youre future.. hope this helps...and all the very best

biscuit raju Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 Active Arrest warrant unte better go to bail bonding agencies and take bail bonding..they will give a letter saying that your are their responsibility appudu you can just go directly to court and pay fine or whatever....If you have bail bonding, no COP has right to arrest you
