I think it is very difficult to get certification or training unless you are working in a hospital as a full time employee and only they can send you for training and sponsor for certification if you need that for work.I might be wrong but this  what i came to know when i inquired.

onsite batch pamputharu acc n so companies US ki health care la...2-3 weeks training ani with certification...vallane deploy sestharu..vellu loka gnanam thelusukoni jumping japaang aitharu....it goes on like dat....bayata cons n so kastam anukunta..but mast billing untadhi...
