Breakfast: Oatmeal/ Yogurt Light(breakfast must. don't skip this.) breakfast koncham ekkuva thinna parledhu

 

Lunch: 

 

Non-Veg: Salmon/Turkey/ Chicken

Fruits: Strawberry/Blueberries

Vegetables: avoid potatoes

 

Evening: Better take some juice(blueberries)

 

Dinner: No Rice. Don't eat to full stomach. 

 

Oil- Use olive oil. Avoid beers. 

 

Keep track of the food that you eat. I am 6 feet,  my body requires around 2000 Calories. 

 

Online lo choodu, neeku nee height ki enni calories intake undali ani. If your intake is more than what you need, burn those calories

A diet lo only vegetables and fruits a bhayya nothing much so easy ga loose itaru weight 

 

but adhi koda depends on body type

Drink more water
No white rice n polished food
Eat small meals 5 times a day - really makes a difference
Green tea - caffeine free - 3 to 4 times a day
Minimum 8 hours sleep
Physical activity if not atleast 45 mins walk per day
Cut on carbs n sugar
Night soups with veggies.. Eat early dinners..
Every meal - take both protein n carbs...

Egg whites are the trick. 

 

1 egg - 70 cals. 

1 egg white(no yellow) -- 17 calories. 

 

eat as many egg whites as you can. Best weight loss technique. 

 

Aa madhya machu manoj gaadu kuda oka movie ki same technique use chesindu.
