I lost around 10 pounds in 6 months by working out at least 3 Days a week , eating Parboil rice in afternoon and Chapathi for dinner, for some reason if going GYM cannot fit in your schedule at least go for running.

And also try to buy a fitness tracker like fitbit , it keeps you motivated.

roju Racket ball, Tennis, Fottball ela neku vachina games adu  1-2 hours.

 

 

Morning Oatmeal with water

 

Afternoon brown rice with vegetables cook chai no oil please

 

n8 Chapathi with curry or white omelette

 

no soda please and other junk food

 

easy ga week ki 1-2 kgs loss ithav

 

 

 

or GM diet 

 

week lo 5-7 kgs easy loss

GM diet will stretch u back to normal or more after your done wit it.....

morning plain oats in milk with banana

afternoon raw vegetables (cucumber, carrot, spinach, lettuce, broccoli, chad, and a fruit)

evening milk/coffee/harlicks/bournvita ( I take this because I used to drink tea a lot. I stopped drinking tea now)

night three chapathi

 

I don't know how healthy it is but, its effective.

na actual weight 85 kgs..4 months nundi gym ki going..na daily routine

 

1) morning honey hot water and 2 egg whites

2) gym ( 1 hour )..since 4 months only cardio ne chesthuna..no workouts at all

3) breakfast oats( weekly 4 times--inko 3 times idly)

4) aftnun 4 chapatis(any veg curry)+ buttermilk

5) evng green tea, tarvtha fruits

6) veg sandwich at 6:30 pm

7) nyt 3 chapatis and butter milk)

 

Intha chesthe 5 kgs tagga...doola teripotundhi rojuki...ipudu 80 ki vacha

manam 1hr continous ga ante ivvalemu bhayya but manam kurchilo kurchunappudu mana body lo chala muscles relax ayi poye sariki metabolism almost sleep ki equal ga avuthadi anduke 30-40 mins koncham 100 mts nadisthe chala teda vasthadi TV lo ad vachinappudalla nadichina baga taggutham andulo doubt ledu!!
