k2s Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 Some Important tips that will work with out effecting your health. Me and my friend lost 30Lbs in 6 weeks. We followed this things. It really worked well for us. Our waist came from 36 to 30 1.Stay foucs ,concentrate ,dedication,positive mind,Never give up. 2. Cut down the salt and sugar from your food. Cut down as much as you can. I can say zero. Alternative:- get 0mg salt from the Walmart, and use zero calories sugar in your tea,coffee. Dont ever touch the salt and sugar in this 6 weeks. 3. As soon as you wake up from morning to sleep . Eat atleast 6 times but eat less. Count your calorie intake. Dont ever take more than 1000-1200 calorie food in a day. Make two meals for fruits and vegetables 4. Stop Eating rice .Alternative:- brown rice,bulgur, chapathi. 5. Eat lots of protein food. I mean curry lot. eat chicken breast, eggs(White) , sweet potato,Fruits. 6. Prepare detoxic juice and drink atleast one or two glasses everyday. http://youtu.be/bZJ_qPGICvg 7. Spend atleast 45-60 minutes in the gym to make it fit. 8. As usual drink lots of water. Note:- Dont ever drink sodas during this time as it has lots of sugar in it. dont drink juices that sell outside. samples:- 8AM:- breakfast- oats with low fat milk or Bread with Egg whites. 11 AM:- detoxic juice or some fruits 1pM:- prepare some food with atleast 4 to 6 eggs white with some vegetables or 100gms of chicken breast with out salt . 4pM:- ligth snack with 2 sweet potatos or some fruits 6PM :- 2 chapatis with lots of curry or some chicken breast with out salt 8PM:- fruits or vegetables or detoxic juice. Initally for a couple of days , its really very hard to taste the food with out salt and sugar, after three days you are automatically used to it , after that even small pinch of salt makes your food salty to your mouth. Take a break for the gym for every 6 days and you can have some cheat food on the seventh day on one lunch or dinner. Follow this , I bet deftly you will see the change after two weeks and after 4 weeks you will loose atleast 15 lbs.
