after 6 weeks sangathenti? ide continue chyala leka just food control lo unte saripodha?

 

After 6 weeks , you dont feel  eating salt and sugar items.  

Once you complete your 6 weeks, you dont need to continue but make sure you have control on salt and sugar items in take. 

Again when ever  you feel ,you gain some weight you can do it again.
