work Environment 60% ok busy , depends on job mostly unix athay u will be busy and hectic . Nuvu 1:8 years expernce aithay koncham kastam. Amex lo google pani chayatam ledu

My friend is working, informatica vaadu, developer ga teskunnaru..but onsite lead responsibilities....offshroe team thokka gallu em raadu...ikkada veediki client pressure and he is also doing design of project as he has to guide offshore team...

roju 10 hrs work and nites baaga offshore calls....he is not at all happy. and heat aithe keka..daaniki manushulu sagam chachipotharu....

too much office politics from desi companies (infy, cognizant, accenture, desi vendors, lot of desi managers)
If you are hungry for work and want to survive no matter how ever the office culture is, then you can do the job....
