how you deal with teams and groups

how you behave in time crisis

how you effectively communicate

how you keep whistleblowing in your mind always

how you believe in appraisals and appreciations of colleagues

describe particular skills where you are determined to get the job done.

also tell you believe in principles like

so any issues..any work related things--you should make sure to put in emails..so there is account of every activity in the project..if only there is a crisis or an issue..then u can refer to what happend once you document it.

 

Get the job done--if it makes you go an extra mile

Your aim is get the job done. some times work is not completed within the time(8hrs of a regular day). but it might be critical for a process or thing tht needs to be done..so you make extra effort to get the job done. this is not in the sense of working extra hours...but it gives the sense achievement and contributes to the smooth flow of project.
