vikuba Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 write about your nature work ethic how you respond to situation how you communicate how you work--if you think you can do what gives you a sense of achievement are you too perfect? how you deal with teams and groups how can you be a good addition to team how you behave in time crisis how you effectively communicate how you keep whistleblowing in your mind always how you believe in appraisals and appreciations of colleagues describe particular skills where you are determined to get the job done. also tell you believe in principles like if there is no Ink...there is no Link-- antey emails lo kani written lo kani lekapotey...there is no proof of work. so any issues..any work related things--you should make sure to put in emails..so there is account of every activity in the project..if only there is a crisis or an issue..then u can refer to what happend once you document it. Get the job done--if it makes you go an extra mile Your aim is get the job done. some times work is not completed within the time(8hrs of a regular day). but it might be critical for a process or thing tht needs to be done..so you make extra effort to get the job done. this is not in the sense of working extra hours...but it gives the sense achievement and contributes to the smooth flow of project. Ask Questions--to Avoid confusion the more qs you ask the more clarified you are.. the bolded lines are principles of work.. this where you shd get creative..and these are the things tht catch the HRs eyes
