He proposes plan for Budget expenditure of Rs 5,75,000 crore for current ficsal. After 45 minutes, Arun Jaitley took a break for 5 minutes and from then onwards he presented the budget from sitting in his chair. That's because, The Union Finance Minister has been suffering from back ache since the past few days!
