i started workin out man,... help me

wat snack and also protein intake help kavali..

 

There must be better source...but nenu chesedhi idhi

 

4 ah time ki fruits and then some junk food (High calories dhi edho okkati)

6 ah time ki Muscle pharm scoop + Whole milk + Peanut butter + two type of fruits tho shake 

7 ah time ki same shake workout ayina ventane thisukunta

8 ah time ki some lite snack

9 ah time full high protein food (Just meat without rice or vegetables)

 

 

Only shake chesthunappude time paduthundhi...rest all easy stuff

veg man very less options outside and aaaaa salad lu bongu boshanam naku nachavu

ma vuru lo no restaurents, no car for me.

e madya gym ki going so diet kuda anuko and oily foods avoiding anthe.
