tiffin intlo ne..... daily 4 eggs (1 full and three whites) tho garden omlet eskunta plus two bread slices with biscoff spread or jam, on the side guacamole and mozzarella cheese.....  plus bru filter kaapi    %$<

 

Lunch okkosari intlo lekapothe colleagues tho bayata.....

 

evening snacks ante fruits and nuts or sometimes junk

 

Dinner kooda max intlo ne ledhante appudappudu bayata.....   <)&
