night chesindi next day lunch kuda kanichestava? leka fresh ga lunch prepare chestava? r u student man still outside?

 

some curries next day ki baaguntaai, like brinjal, and fish curry..., 

 

so avi n8 chesi mrng koodda tintaanu, but not for lunch.

sunday evening ee capsicum, olives, spinach, potato anni kosi pettukunta for the whole week...anni chinna ziplock bags lo esi fridge lo padesthe friday dhaka vasthai....

 

oka 3 avacados mash chesi onions lemon and chilli esthe guacamole paste ready.....

 

ee above panulu cheyyadaniki hardly 30 mins and its a weekly once procedure...

 

 

every morning first vegetables anni mundhu pan lo esi oka 2-3 mins sautee chesi eggs kottesi uppu karam esthe omlet ready....side ki guacamole and bread with some spread petkoni I will throw in a couple of mozzarella balls..... ee process ki 5-8 mins per day in the morning....opika unte nene cheskunta ledhante maa aavida chesthundhi.....
