mine has been almost 17 months now.. applied january 2013 .. priority date january 2013..

 

no update .. audit padindhi.. all other jaffas who appliead along with me got approved.. 

 

lite tisukoni.......... perm ayithe,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.inko perm vesuko,.,.................maa cousin ki kuda allage jarigindi...............no reply from them

None of the Desi employers are doing this (except konta mandi.............dabbulu kosam kakruthi pade vallu)............y bcoz.........i will tell u my scenario............

 

naku full time offer vachindi.............140 approve ayina 4 months taruvata.......nenu vellipotanu ante,,,,,,,,,,,,,,maa employer ni 140 copy adiganu...........istanu annadu kani revoke chestanu annadu..............revoke cheyyadu, kavali ante i will pay u ani cheppanu.............

enta mandi employees vunnaru..............enta mandi currently working on H1, enta mandiki perm applied, enta mandi ki 140 applied, enta mandiki 485 applied..............if in case any one left the company, y didnot u revoke the H1 or perm or 140 , eeeeeeeeee list anta adigaru.............so ippudu neeku nennu revoke cheyakapote company ki loss ani cheppadu...................

 

 

Maa employer pakka ga vuntadu documentation lo and he is very prompt in paying also..............so by above all reasons wat i can tell is some one can do that but only for money chestaru,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.kani andulo enta risk involved anedi naku telidu and its upto u

read somewhere that nsc is getting busier with 485 processing, since the eb2/eb3 dates have progressed, that's why its taking them longer to process, it looks like the normal processing time has gone up to 6 months for nsc. 

Not sure if this link will work for you, but its a may 1st report that shows some of the processing times to be around 6 months.
