This appears strange but true. Police have launched an intense search operation to arrest two MLAs of Nellore district, after they are accused of distributing spurious liquor to voters in the recent municipal and other local body elections. But the two MLAs are absconding. The two MLAS in question are - Kavali MLA Ramireddy Pratap Kumar Reddy and Sarvepalli MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy. The depositions by YSRCP activists before the police, have exposed the activities of these two leaders. What is more, two more YSRCP MLAs, those of Atmakur and Nellore Rural, may also be included in the charge-sheet.
