nenu icecreams, cakes, donuts lantivi thinanu.. milkshakes , smoothies kuda not so often.. sugar intake daily ekkada ani chusthe coffee major part poshisthundi..  nenu basic ga sugar dabba ni reverse thippi posthanu.. konchem ekkuva aina pattinchukonu so inka sugarless from today

Not agreed .. There is limit on how much sugar to be taken .. 64 gms anukunta .. I hope u understand my earlier point that sugary substances can lead to weight which can be one of the minority reason for diabetes

daily 2 times coffee lo sugar kummaristhunna.. starbucks lo sugar em veskomu kada same aapice lo kuda no sugar inka.. age 26 aina family lo okariki diabetis history undi.. gym thokka elagu cheyam so atleast diet follow avuthunna


Kani sweetener joliki matram assale vellaku it has lot of side effects like tremors etc..
