PBC then should buy petrol and share to members based on their market consumption and collect money..... Once money is collected then hold in reserves. next all countries selling petrol should only trade through PBC with members......whatever the product they want to buy, buy it through PBC...and the rates are determined by PBC Members....... for example if one kg sugar wanted by petrolium selling countries, PBC will sell them to 5 dollars as in reverse they sell a gallon of petrol for 5 dollars....... debbaki inflation 20% kinda ki paduthundi......
