The Polavaram bill was passed in Lok Sabha with a voice vote and tomorrow it is coming for the approval of Rajya Sabha . The analysts are seeing difficulty in the passage of Polavaram bill in Rajya Sabha as the ruling party BJP lacks the majority in the upper house . CPI , CPM , BJD ,BSP ,BJD JD(U) , TRS are expected to oppose the bill and the Congress role will be crucial in the approval of this bill . The Congress party which thought of maintaining a neutral stance has changed it following the talks of BJP leaders .
