timmy Posted July 14, 2014 Author Report Posted July 14, 2014 Minister of IT and communication of Telangana KT Rama Rao slammed Telangana Congress Party that why they are silent when the Central Government has announced the full budget to Andhra Pradesh but not for Telangana . KTR fired that why they need party in Telangana instead of that merge with Andhra Pradesh and also said that the Telangana Congress party is of no use but it only knows to slam TRS party .
