River water dispute between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana continues. Telangana Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao met Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati in New Delhi on Monday. He sought the Centre's intervention in confirming the share of Telangana in Krishna waters and thereby do the justice. After the meeting, the minister said that Bachawat water tribunal and Brijesh water tribunal have ignored the plight of Telangana people earlier. He said that he has appealed the Centre to review allocation of water to all four States which are struggling for water
