Andhra Pradesh minister for irrigation, Devineni Umamaheshwara Rao has told that Polavaram project would be competed in three years. He said that water would be provided to farms in three years from Polavaram project. He reminded that union government would construct this project. He also said that rehabilitation operation also would be taken in a large scale. He said that Andhra Pradesh government also would take care of tribal people and provide justice to them.
