Son comes and takes person to Emergency...does not sign financial liability as he himself is a student Now if visitors insurance doesnt cover and bill is huge.. obviously neither mother nor son can pay that much... what will probably happen next.

I-834 affidavit is for immigrants so its legally binding and sponsor is responsible.. maa vadu safe aa kaada ni research chestunte kanukunna... maa vadu em sign cheyyale...all signs are done by his mom.
