which is not mandatory..but the HR will force ur hiring manager to halt the process...

 

ne manager baaga push cheste tappa...things wiont get moving along within one year...unless ur H1 is in 6th year ....

EB3 nunchi EB2 port chesukovachu antaru nijame.....But ni employer desi gadu aite nuvu cheppinatlu chestadu.....Nuvu once FT teesukunnaka nuvu inka vaadu cheppinatlu vinatamey....Not sure how it works out in ur case...
