Consulate office address is listed as "Chennai" instead of "Hyderabad" as
shown in the employer's I-129 Petition for him. Please issue a correct
approval letter for Mr. XXXXXXXXXX with "Hyderabad" listed as his Consulate
office in the notice type box and with the I-94 at the bottom.

You don't need a new or an amended approval notice for a different
Consulate. If the beneficiary wishes to go to a different Consulate, they
can go. They don't need any documentation from us to make the change.

For status inquiries of a petition or application filed at this Center you
may want to utilize our web site.  This option is also
available for I-129 petitions filed under premium processing.  Forms may be
downloaded from this site as well.

Nenu kuda attorney ki same question vesanu bro....attorney said I can go to any country (canada or Jamaica or whatever country) and to be safe side a a uscis officer email ni print out teeskoni vellamandi.....

before you go out..u better consult your attorney..

and also talk to murthy forum lawyers...so tht u can get clarity.

 

since your H is approved and COS is not..u cannot work.

usually ppl go to stamping in September and Enter US in september 3rd week...on H1.

 

so in your case..your H is approved..but u can only work from Oct..and not now ankunta.

for such a situation--consult a lawyer bro..

also...findout wat is your status in school now
