hi frds....i have an imp h1 transfer ques.....naaku last year march lo opt ipoyindi.....oka kalasalala lo chee pea tea teesukuni last year april lo h1b file chesanu.....i got h1b approved for 3 yrs..nenu teesukunna chee pea tea march 2013 to may 2013 varuke.....malla may ki vere kalasala ki transfer pettukunna......e kalasala naaku local lo unnade.......e kalasala may nunchi august daka chee pea tea ichindi....prob enti ante e rendu kalasala vi naa daggara transcripts levu......classes ki sarigga attend avvaledu......edhoka vidanga status oct 1st varuku status maintain chesanu.....oct 1st 2013 nundi h1 lo work chestunna.......ippudu naa inko company lo ft offer vachindi.......h1 transfer ki e company vallu i20, ilanti details emi adagaledu.....vallaki e chee pea tea sangathi assallu teleedu......nenu naa masters, masters certificate ye submit chesanu......e kalasala transcripts i20's emi submit cheyyaledu.......h1 transfer motham easy ga ipotada emi ques padakunda?

1) nee opt march varaku vunte.. Opt cap gap apply avtadi kada.. Why did u apply for CpT?

2) classes ki vellale annav.. Status maintain chesava leda?

1) march lo expiry ithe cpa-gap apply avvaledu.......april lo ithe prob undedi kadhu.....

 

2) status maintain chesanu.....classes ki konni dumma kottanu....medical certificate provide chesanu......oct 1st daka edhokavidanga ala sttaus maintain chesukuntu vachanu, sevis active lone unchukuntu status maranu oct 1st na h1 ki......
