timmy Posted July 16, 2014 Author Report Posted July 16, 2014 Reserve Bank of India has agreed to reschedule farmers' loans in Andhra pradesh and Telangana states. RBI has written letters to both the governments to this affect. RBI has agreed to reschedule loans up to three years. It has asked both the governments that if they could pay back the loans in three years. It also asked the governments to send a report on modalities of the rescheduling of the loans. Andhra Pradesh government's officials of ministry of finance started discussions in the secretariat over loan-waiver.
