AFIK, No MSO is relaying TV9 and ABN signals over their cables !

 

If any MSO dares to do,Govt will dust the files and impose cable TV rules..Govt has lots of rules and regulations which 100% of cable operators are voilating.If  it starts implementing all of them will be out of business or have to pay heavy price...like they need to pay tax for every cable subscriber,tax/fee for using electricity poles,fee for using govt infrastructure for laying cable etc and Govt can even cut cables for unauthorized usage /passing of cables over Govt property/roads etc
