most of these companies had to outsource to india because they were already on the brink of bankruptcy and they had to cut costs , so, they outsourced the projects to india...

Microsoft share was $100 during 1999-2000 at the peak of .com bubble and it was overvalued multiple times over , and after the dotcom crash the stock dropped drastically and it never went back to the earlier prices

 

SAP's major business is still from its bangalore headquarters
