Advantages Moving to New Location:

• 40 Hours/ Week instead of 50 at current Place.
• 10K Salary Ekkuva.
• Bigger City.
• Cost of Living konchem thakkuva.
• India ki vellalante Connecting Flights Avasaram ledu.
• Travelling Thakkuva. Family tho ekkuva undochu.
• Senior XYZ Engineer( Current Title XYZ Engineer)

 

Disadvantages:

• Daarunamaina Winter.
• No Friends.
• Daily 100 Miles Driving. Gas Prices. No coming to House During Lunch.
• No Flex Time. Current Job lo holiday kaavali ante Flex theesukovachu if you have worked >48hours/ Week in that year.
• Manager ela untado theleedu. Current Manager baaga friendly.
• Immigration Dobbutharu. India Nundi vachetappudu Chicago lo.
