H-1B And H4 Doubt

If a person has Valid H-B approved and his/her stamping got rejected outside of country.

Ah person H-4(mainly) or some other visa tho Us ki return vachina tarvatha Can he/she file H-1 B any time without going to lottery or need to wait for new quota(april) and go through lottery ?

 

Just a doubt ..waiting for expertise replies

Firstly, if the candidate has good experience already, it is better idea to approach companies like TEK or KFORCE.

 

I know these companies dont pay well and their bench time is less. BUT, you dont need to pay for the H1B and there is fair chance you will get good marketing and easily get H1B approved.

 

Once you have approved H1B, if you dont want to continue with your employer for whatever reason, transfer to any good consultancy you know and they wont ask for transfer fee.
