Telangana Congress leadership has reportedly decided to set up a Special Cell for settlers. The move followed after commotion in the TPCC office-bearers meeting at Gandhi Bhavan, over the issue of giving TPCC posts to Seemandhra Congress leaders. Even before the chaos at the party office settled down, it has emerged that the TPCC is ready to set up a separate cell for settlers! However, Congress and other major parties do not accept the usage of word "settlers". In that case, it will be difficult to imagine a cell for settlers.
