So he might be Having 3-4 years of real exp and getting 95k salary for a ft job ante its not a bad offer...more over when u r willing to stick with a company for a long time... And u r lookng at a startng salary tht too.. 120k ante... Until and unless high responsibilities unde position aite tapite antha ivvaru.. I am talkng abt medium scale companies.. Not some bigg ones
