Hyderabad urban development lo 75% is just because of software industry and film industry(my assumption). Because of these industries lot of five star hotels, shopping complex, group theatres etc are raised. Only high court, secratariat, AG office etc lanti govt offices okkate unte city develop avvadu. please share your views how these factors will change in our(AP) capital city in future. dude veeti annitikante first , city should be well connected to other cities and transportation proper ga undaali ...only then development starts..... scratch nunchi capital build cheyatam looks good on paper but it takes a very long time ... anduke i think Vij/Gnt is the best option right now

There is no city in AP except for VIZAG VIZAG is the only saving grace... if CBN makes blunders again just to benifit his community...RIP AP bhaiyya evadanna telisi telisi port city ni capital ga chesthaada ?..... city can only expand in 3 directions .. already port city capitals like mumbai,kolkata and chennai are facing a lot of problems because of this ..... there's no way that urban planning committee will even consider vizag ... i'm speaking frm a practical perspective pls dont get offended,
