Employment, Entertainment, Business, Education. Hyderabad urban development lo 75% is just because of software industry and film industry(my assumption). Because of these industries lot of five star hotels, shopping complex, group theatres etc are raised. Only high court, secratariat, AG office etc lanti govt offices okkate unte city develop avvadu. please share your views how these factors will change in our(AP) capital city in future. ivi annitikanna will power, patience and killer instinct inka important. CBN and team should not repeat past mistakes of putting all eggs in one basket (anni Hyderavad lo petti dobbedu). First build a swanky new capital and try to identify areas in AP which are suitable for each industry - This should be the motto for next 2-3 yrs then policy making pakka ga vundali Gujarat lo ide chesaru...they made strong policy driven governance that it is very easy to identify land and give it to the industries in single window clearance (no quid-pro-quo s#it) which will keep corrupt & criminal a##holes like Jagan away Power & Water kooda chala critical bhayyo....idi pakka cheyyaka pote vachinavi kooda turn off ayyi they will be forced to go out. We have excellent water resources but need to focus on power generation
