Na wife OPT lo working....H1 approved and starting this october.

 

Full time apply chestey Recruiter call chesadu.....Vadiki H1 transfer gurinchi cheptey ila transfer chesukovachu ani ....vadiki sariga ardam kaledu....

 

Nuvu inka H1 lo levu kada ela transfer chesukuntavu antunnadu anta.....I think its problematic with tranfers and it may take 8 weeks ani antunnadu anta.....Valla HR and lawyer ni kuda okasari adugutha antunnadu.(Basic ga vadiki ee status la gurinchi idea ledu as he is just recruiter)

 

 

Detail ga email cheyyamannadu how it works out. Vadiki ardam ayyelaga ela email cheyyali?

First start working on opt till Oct, then say him tht u need ur h-1 xfer
