H1B Extension After 6 Years Ki I140

Hello,
H1B 6 years tarvata extension ki do we need have i140 approved with our current employer?
Or is it ok if our i140 is approved once already even though it was approved with an em-employer?
I have my i140 approved by my current employer but I will laid off in Sept with the Microsoft layoffs. So I confused if I have to go for full time again or consultancy aa ani...please answer my above question as I can think based on it.

u dont worry. as for as i know if you have i140 approved with old employer, that is enough to go for h1 transfer and extension at the same time. that i am sure.

 

but what i m not sure is that whether u need to transfer i140 to new employer also.

But suppose née old employer née 140 revoke chestey u can't use that


Note that revoke chestey née priorty date ki prob ledu. Kani h1 Extn time valid unrevoked 140 undali
