Man gets two years for raping buffalo
Karimnagar: A 43-year-old man was sentenced to two years imprisonment here on Friday for sexually abusing a buffalo in Porandla village. The muncif magistrate court pronounced the sentence after the accused Neelam Lachaiah of Porandla was found guilty.
Police said that he copulated with the animal after tying the animal's legs on July 12, 2013 when its owner, Bojja Balaiah, was asleep. Based on a complaint from Balaiah, the police registered a case. Officials produced evidence establishing Lachaiah's alleged crime.
