Layers 1: virtualization software (vmware, Citrix, windows Hyper-V, red hat KVM). Are vmware install chesthe instead of Windows, it can support multiple os on it like Windows, Linux etc.,

You can think what is the need to install multiple oss on single hardware.. let's say you have 2 applications one runs only on Windows and other app only on linux. Vmware Leka mundu we need to buy two laptops one for Windows one for Linux to run the apps. AWS use cheste layer 1,2 avasaram ledu kada...I have seen how to order in Amazon and agreed with how it will have an effect when it goes down. Indulu horizontal scaling and vertical scaling kuda chusa...high level ga vachu but what to choose when to choose ane idea una kani I dont have experience to pin out which is better.
