morning n evening push ups chey....as much as u can...

 

before 7 pm eat as much as u can..frm morning ....n rice thinatam thakkuvaa chey....

 

thts the major...n rest depends on ur job n wht else u do...other thn that.../

Boxing is the best ...try that....makes every part of u fit...gives u STAMINA...

 

...been doing it fr a while... fr my riding,,,its better thn everything else....makes sense...

serious ga naku stomach bulging etc undevi .. ippudu koncham better compared to previous months 

 

early morning Lemon with honey tagu , skip breakfast for few hours and eat little lunch 

 

ika evening ala fruits to gadipinchu .. and better try to jog on streets or near by parks 

 

nenu adhe chesthuna bit better now compared to previous fat.

ya..same here some times 2-3 hrs gym but no use...asale naadhi slim built but flat avvali ani kankanam kattukoni kusunna...

gym is waste mama summer season lo ... manchi jogging shoes koni road medha phone lo running app on chesi oka  3 -4 miles cheyi 

 

weekly target 12 miles pettuko that's it 

 

you will seriously reduce fat
