Yes Valid visa unte no problem, I20 tho manage cheseyocchu...but mana bhayya situation lo June ki expire i potyindi kabatti he needs to get it stamped...

avnu bhayya first time f-1 221g so 3 yrs eeeee given.

so last yr h1 pick kaledhu had opt till july 2013 so aug ki regular university lo second masters ki admit tisukunadu (because he know his sisters marriage will be in dec) so after sevis transfer in aug he went for f-1 stamping in mexico and came back and before classes begin only he transferred to cpt kalasala and started working and went to india in dec.

if valid F1 visa vunte no need bhayya or exactly speaking if it is same sevis on which u r visa is issued. (even if we change university sevis remains same).

This is a case where in you need A valid visa stamping to get back to the country...

You have to attend the Visa interview for extending the tenure of your F1 visa in India..

Also you should be able to answer and satisfy the VO with your answers as to why he has to grant you an F1 again...Also expect questions like why did your take CPT, how did you get CPT without 1 yr of course work? If it is a case of family emergency you cannot avoid this situation but if you can manage without leaving the country I reccomend you to avoid your INdia trip right now and wait till your H1 is picked up next year...But 90% of cases like your's will be grilled by the VO..But you dont know wht is the mood of the VO on the day of your interview...All the best and take the right decision
