It is very simple procedure.You need to send your original i-94 (if you have got any) along with your supporting docs and H1 approval petition , the change of status  once approved, generally occurs as of the effective date (usually October 1st), as listed on the I-94 card accompanying the H1B approval notice.

What he said is true COS I94 marchali tanadhi basic ga..I dont see why he need a client letter now for just doing I94 ammend??

 

Akkada H1 india lo unnappudu apply chesaranta. that means applied like counselor process and not applied with COS.

Either she can go out of country and get stamping or apply COS. Employer needs client letter to apply COS and it almost costs as a new H1B
