based on those  ... neku mee employer labor  file chesaka confirmation# pampunte danni base chesukoni you can move with client .... in case i140# yevakunte mee employer already ... yesthe .... too good ... just go to client and initate transefer ...

Talk to client HR and explain the situation...

Current trend lo perm plus i140 approval ki average span 18 months...

But again if u start gc process from scratch with ur new employer...as its full time u may get early as well...
