Nenu already oka company lo 8 months nunchi job chestunna and it is suppose to end next month....Maa manager pilichi contract ayaka full time kinda vasthava ani adigindu...but the thing is manam OOFEEETEEE ani maa vadiki telvadu and genuine exp anukuntundu....so does any one know what might be the process for back ground check for full time ....and any suggestions how to deal it......nijam chepala leka tooch resume tho proceed avamantara....
