Bro... contact emirates NewYork office and they will do it for you and send soft copy.  

 

Last time nenu kavalani 20 hours layover pettukunna... they provided transit visa, hotel and transit between airport and hotel free.

 

Once you reach hotel they will take your passport and you are free to go anywhere in city.  I took a cab and went to burj kalifa and dubai mall.  Burj kalifa lo regular tickets available untavu but you can take premium ticket to go top.

and emirates took care of my VISA and accomodation in dubai for free.
