it depends on u r current status and the way u r h1 petition is filed.

 

if u r on opt and u have EAD card and F-1 stamp u can come if u r petition is filed as non COS. if it is filed as COS vachaka USCIS vallaki update cheyali ani previous threads lo evaro chepparu.
