upendra_super Posted July 23, 2014 Report Posted July 23, 2014 it depends on u r current status and the way u r h1 petition is filed. if u r on opt and u have EAD card and F-1 stamp u can come if u r petition is filed as non COS. if it is filed as COS vachaka USCIS vallaki update cheyali ani previous threads lo evaro chepparu.

Rfe padindi....next week submit chestunam.... Aug 6 ki india plan undi So ine week lo response sachina raadhu..... So india velli vadham ani plan... Ala h1 pending lo undaga...velacha...india ki???
