H1 Suggestion

I applied two h1 s , main employer di h1 approved , second employer di h1 picked ani chepadu but not given the recirpt number, once the main employer h1 approved I took 2nd. One lite , and last 3 months nundi no contact , but for applying 2nd h1 he asked to me promise that I will be with his company even if both are picked n approved . Question is if I wanted to know the status of second h1 what should I tell the second guy to get the status ???
