i didn't get you .. you want to cast a tab from chrome browser in android device?   its not possible. installl latest chromecast app from play store and you should be able to cast the whole phone screen..

 

if you want to cast any online movies from android , use VGET app..its nice i watch tv shows like that .. but only work for html5/mp4 links not flash :(

ROMs lite.. i had motorola atrix 4g aa rojullo.. i used to install various roms bore kotti..  but don't want to brick my s4 and nexus 10.. will wait for official apk :)
