Estory-2: Feeling So Sad

Hi ,
I feel like this is the right forum for me to open up and share my problem so that I can get some genuine opinions. 
I am a 27 years old working woman living in India. Married for almost 4 years. It was an arranged marriage. 
From the first week of our marriage itself our intimacy was very poor. I have to initiate 70% of time he rarely comes to me. I started thinking like I am not the kind of girl he wanted to marry (there are some other incidents too that made me think like this). At that time I was not working so that was also a problem. He wanted a working wife and I wanted to become a full time home maker. So small fights started but we managed to solve each somehow. But the feeling of being ignored or unsuitable as a wife never gone.
Now its 4 years and in short we are living like roommates/good friends not as a husband and wife. He works most of the time and I spend my time by doing my household work and then in internet or tv or my hobbies. Now I started working for last few months. We have talked about this many times and every time he says that for him his job is the first priority. I love him and I strongly believe that he loves me too. But when it comes to IC a big zero. Sometimes even when I initiate he will tell like m tired feeling sleepy etc etc. We haven’t had sex for last 2 months because I didn’t initiate. I feel so frustrated and sad. Am I thinking immature? Is there anything wrong from my side? I don’t know what to do. Shall I inform our family (seriously I don’t want to do dat bcs I don’t want anyone else to discuss about our sexual life)?
