babai...nuvvu car license plate out of state transfer seyyalante...if it is a new car (less than 1 yr from the date you bought) you have to pay the difference in sales tax ani bhogatta...not sure if it is true and applicable in all the states

buy car in oregon, register it in oregon, drive it in seattle for 1 year, then transfer the registration to seattle. no tax.if you transfer it in less than a year you will have to pay sales tax in seattle..........thats common law in most states.
